Shipping Policy

Which countries yotoy provides shipping service?
We currently only offer shipping to the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Alaska).

How much for the shipping fees?
1. Standard Shipping: Free shipping for all order.

2. Expedited Shipping: Shipping fee is $3

3. Priority Shipping: Shipping fee is $12

How long will the shipment take?
Our orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive; Expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive; Priority shipping takes 2-4 business days to arrive.

**Please note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days for order processing and/or delivery.

Do I need to pay the tax?

Special Attention
If the order is too large or excessive, we may ship it in multiple shipments.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control.

Please keep in mind that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed at this time by any carrier. Country-wide and regional delays should be expected with all carriers, so please place time-sensitive orders well in advance.
