Our Yotoy customer service team is more than happy to assist if you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, at any time! We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued by gift card, store credit, a different product, or a refund based upon the original payment method.

Return Conditionsis

Please note, that returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Conditions" specified below:

1. Replace or return a damaged, defective, or broken item. Despite the fact that our products boast of their premium quality, there is still a slight chance that unexpected problems or issues might occur before them leaving the factory or in transit.

2. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding promotional discounts and shipping charges). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items were damaged or shipped to you in error.

3. All items must be returned and packed in a shipping box. Items sent without a shipping box that arrive with shipping labels, packing tape, etc. affixed to the product packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Submit your return request with your order number to our customer service via the email address or live chat. You will receive a response within 24 hours with further instructions on completing your return. Please note that response times may be longer due to weekends or holidays.

2. We confirm your return request and related details.

3. We send you a return label via email. Please print your return label and add it on your packaging for return.

4. Email us the return shipment number.

Refund Conditions

If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received and would like an exchange or refund, please note that in the cases where you find the product wrong or damaged, or any accessory missing, we would kindly request you to contact us within 10 working days in order for you to get an exchange or refund.

Refund Times

Returned item is received, our customer service will contact you within 2 business days to issue you a refund, gift card, or store credit, or send you a replacement for the missing item(s).

Once we issue your refund, it takes 3-5 business days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

To ensure a timely refund, please kindly provide your return shipping number to the customer service representative who assists with your return.
