Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding promotional discounts and shipping charges). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items were damaged or shipped to you in error.

If the product arrives damaged or shipped to you in error, please contact us support@yotoy.com within 5 days after you receive your package. We will resend or refund. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it out to you within seven business days.

Address Changes – Before orders leave our warehouse
If you need to change the shipping address, please send an email to us support@yotoy.com with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our warehouse! If your order leaves our warehouse, we're sorry for can't change it anymore.

What items are eligible for return?
Any new, unopened, unused items in original packaging.
Within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned packed in a shipping box. Items sent without a shipping box that arrive with shipping labels, packing tape, etc. affixed to the product packaging will not be accepted for return.

What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept opened items, or items that show signs of use.

How is the refund amount calculated?
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account, and it may take an other billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Faulty items
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know within 5 working days about the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help

Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges of one toy for another if returned to our warehouse. Exchanges can be made in store where stock is available and our returns policy is followed If you return an item to our warehouse and ask for an exchange, we will issue a refund to you.

How to return
When you send your return to us, please remember to enclose your full contact details and order number. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. During busy periods this can be longer as it may take longer for couriers to return your parcel to us.

Note: Please contact our customer service staff at support@yotoy.com and negotiate and agree on the return application before sending the product back. Otherwise, the returned product will not be refunded.
Our warehouse address: Room 602, Building C, No. 195 Shangwu Avenue, Shangwu Community, Shiyan Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City. Please note the return postage is responsibly of the buyer. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.

Reseller Returns
If an order is placed and the buyer falls into the category of re-seller, no discount codes can be applied to the order. If this is found to be the case, The Entertainer/Early Learning Centre reserves the right to cancel the order. No unwanted returns will be accepted from a customer who we deem to be a re-seller.

If you purchase 10 or more of the same item, this may be deemed as a business purchase. We will not accept returns unless permission is given by Customer Service prior to returning anything. Please do not go to a store with bulk returns, as this will be refused. If your return is agreed, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to any refund given.

Customer Service Time
Please be sure your email send to support@yotoy.com successfully. All the emails will be replied within 48 hours. But in addition to holidays and weekends, we will remind you by email automatically respond in this case and deal with when we back to work, please pay attention.
